NEED A HELPING HAND
I HAVE BEEN USING MFP FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND I THINK IM DOING IT RIGHT. I LOG MY FOOD AND EXERCISE IN ALL THE TIME. BUT LAST WEEK I HAVE GAINED A FEW POUNDS AND NOW I FEEL LIKE CRAP. CAN SOME ONE TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING? OR WHAT I NEED TO DO TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT BECAUSE IT JUST NOT COMING OFF!!! :sad:
