Do I need to eat all the suggested calories???
I am 49 years old and weigh 179. Standing at 5' 6", I don't feel fat necessarily and I work out a lot, usually burning an extra 600 calories a day. My question, and dilemma, is this... Do I absolutely have to eat the 1200 calories a day that is suggested and could that be why I am at a holding pattern in my weight?
