So recently i've been healthy eating only really these past few days, even though I've only been doing it for a few days i find myself giving in to chocolate and biscuits! Can i eat these things on my diet? how often? And Christmas is coming up, what the hell am i ment to do then?? thanks :D
So the only form of exercise that I can access is my dads old exercise bike, a stationary one. I try to use it as much as possible but it is very loud and very uncomfortable! Are there any cheap solutions to exercise to lose weight? thanks :D
