Hi everyone, I've just started the phase 1 detox part of the harcombe diet and I'm feeling truly uninspired by what I can eat. Has anyone else done it and got any tips? also curious if anyones lost weight successfully doing it. Cheers Jess
Hey everyone, I don't know about you but I've been really struggling to keep to 1200 calories a day... especially as I've also just joined the gym and I find I crave carbs afterwards - is there anything I can do to counteract this? My aim is to go to the gym every other day and so far I've done it 4 times in the last week…
