Cardio, no weight loss = frustration
So basically, im new to doing a lot of cardio, but I've been doing it about 3 weeks about 4 to even 5 days a week, and my diet is not bad eather, I've cut back on a LOT of calories and sugars. I havent seen any results AT ALL .... i havent' lost a single pound, and of course, this is very discouraging!!! I can see why…
