I know tons of people have done 30 day shred. I'm wondering if it worked for them and if so, how well.

Goal Boards
Does any one have a goal board at home? If so what's on it....Does it help?

Carbs....
I'm 5'3" and eating roughly 1200 calories per day. I work out a minimum of four days a week, burning at least 400 calories per session. I have two problems. A. I eat too many carbs B. I dont eat enough veggies and fruit Help. Any suggestions on how to incorporate these or unincorporate these items from my diet?>

Early Workouts
I'd like to start getting up at like 5:30 a.m. to walk on my treadmill. My life is pretty busy with having 5 kids, a boyfriend and a dog - fulltime career. I'm told that getting up early will reduce my stress, especially if I can get in a light work out. Has this helped anyone else? If so, how were you able to get into the…
