5'3 / 5'4 Women; Goal Weight
Hi everyone :) I'm in between 5'3 / 5'4 height. SW 220 and CW is 198 - aiming for 1400 cals per day and exercise 4-5 times per week. I'm thinking I'd like to get down to 120-130... Does anyone else have similar goals/stats? Look forward to hearing from you all !!!
