I have a recumbent exercise bike, I ride for 30 minutes between 11.5 and 11.8 mph. By the time I have finished, the fitness monitor on my bike states that I have burned 147 calories. However, when I log my time into MFP it states that I have burned 253 calories. (I select bike ride 10 - 12 mph on MFP and enter 30 minutes)…
I never thought I could lose weight without a third party weighing me. But using MFP is like that third party. I'm fairly new to MFP and would like to meet friends so I can be encouraged by them as well as encourage them.
