Elliptical vs. Treadmill
I am a HUGE fan of the elliptical, but I was wondering if it is possible to use it too much. I try to use the treadmill for at least 45 min two days a week, and then I for the rest of the week I do elliptical the rest of the week. I HATE LOVE HANDLES!!!!!!!!!
I've been working on losing my love handles for over a year now, and the results are very slow. Do any of you have a secret to getting rid of these? I'm sick and tired of them! Thanks!

Guilt???
How do I overcome these guilty feelings??? I'm normally under my calorie goal. In fact, I have never gone over my goal. However, when I do decide to have that one hamburger, or one cookie, I feel so guilty afterwards and instantly feel the need to burn off those extra calories. Any advise?
