So just wondering if anyone works out with arm weights (the kinda you can pick up from Wal-Mart for like $2) and if so, what size would you suggest to use for someone wanting an extra boost to their walking? :) Thanks!
Just starting this, trying to help myself stay on track with my intake and workouts. Hope to tone up within 6-8 months, goal is to be at least 20lbs lighter by New Years! :)
