Just trying this out in hopes to loose about 10 pounds. It seems easy enough, I had previously lost 10 pounds but I seem to be at a stand still on losing anymore weight. I'm going to give counting calories a try!

Frustrated
I have been eating very healthy the past three weeks no more than 1500 calories a day and I exercise frequently. However, I just stepped on the scale and no, not lost weight but gained! Could stress effect weight loss?

Hi I'm Verity I Have been trying to lose weight for awhile now but it just keeps finding me! I Dance 16 hours a week but I still cant lose the weight! Time to start counting calories I guess :/
