Finally kicked my butt into gear and am ready to get healthy for real this time! Not just lose weight, change my lifestyle for the better! I need some support though, so if you want to be an encourager and motivator, friend me! I (re)started last Sat, and am down 8 lbs already! WOO! GO TEAM!

Late Night Munchies?
Currently I am snacking on some chilled quinoa, chopped tomatoes and avacados and whole wheat chips.... Do you have any ideas for late night snacks that I can eat while doing homework late tonight?

Alternative for a Banana base in smoothies?
I am not a fan of bananas, but I am trying to eat them daily. However, I do not have any left in my house and was wondering if anyone has a yummy fruit base ideas for a smoothie??? I have apples, oranges, pears, plums, pineapples and mangos...but I do not know what to do with 'em!
