After working out now for 6 days after 8 month break and 80 lb weight gain I for got just how good the pain can feel. Everything hurts my legs my arms my fat roles but I will rather hurt knowing I'm getting back fit then to hurt because I'm fat and my legs are rubbing either way I'm going to hurt so I might as well hurt…
time to quite letting my emotions get the best of me and pay attention to what i'm eating and feeling and work out like it's my job ... The fatter I get the worser I feel on the inside this food for comfort has got to go.......
