Hello everyone! So, lately I've been trying my best to eat healthy but I often find myself feeling hungry and shakey in between meals. Yesterday for breakfast I had 2 over easy eggs, 1 piece of wheat toast and a banana and about an hour after that I started to get shakey and hungry. Any suggestions on how to prevent this?…
Hello everyone! So I've just had my second (and last) baby and am ready to get the weight off. I always have a hard time staying motivated, especially since everyone in my household loves junk food.
