Lifting belt - when is support needed?
Hello all, I hope you can shed some light. Some say you 'need' a belt, others don't. Now I don't feel like i need the support ( yet), my lifts are fine and feel comfortable. Lifting weights during attack phase?
Hello all. Maybe someone can help. I am lifting three times a week and I don't really want to take a rest week just yet, as I plan to do so in August when on holidays. The book says not to exercise hard during attack phase, but I think my body is used to the exercise and I wonder if it really would do harm to still follow…

Spinning - Aerobiking
Hello, I am considering to join the spinning class at the gym and was curious about the calories burnt but it doesn't come up when I search, just cycling does, but spinning is much harder than an hour cycling? Any ideas?

1 Cup?
Hello, I'm very irritated by the 1 cup measurement. IMO this can be anything from a small coffee cup to a big mug, or a bra size for all it matters. it's not very specific and makes it hard to not cheat myself with how much calories the food has. Most of the time I browse till I find an entry with 100g etc , but sometimes…
