Polar Heart Rate Monitor
I have been doing Zumba for 9 months at least 2 days a week, 60 minutes a class. I used to burn 650-800 per class. I am now lucky if I can get 500. I am wondering why the sudden drop, it happened just about a month ago.... Any suggestions?

I have quit before, I am determined now!
5'4", was 286...now 258! 28 lbs down. I have been doing 1400 calories, up until two weeks ago, I bumped my calories up to 1800, and I am much happier with my progression so far. 3.5 lbs in two weeks! Eating more to lose more, I learned that from the boards on here! Zumba at least twice a week, 60 min and burn 650-750…

Weekend Out of Town!
I am going on a little trip with my family over the weekend. Will be spending two nights at hotel/casinos and doing some shopping and family activities. Advice on how to stick to my calorie/workout plan please!! I just restarted my journey and taking time off is not an option!
