Keepin' on...
I was trying to lose weight since I had my 1st baby April 2011. I haven't done too well, but I am more active than I was before that pregnancy. Now that I'm pregnant with my 2nd, I hope to continue to exercise, even if I don't lose weight. Maybe I'll be in a better spot come next February.

Exersize Videos
I just want to say that I think Denise Austin makes the best ones. My mom had them and we used them 5 days a week growing up. My mom is pretty healthy and looks great so, I decided to invest in a few of her DVD's. Just finished the first workout and I'm beat. I hope this helps me lose my baby fat.

I need to invest in a weight scale... Any suggestions on one that is decent and low cost?
