Hey, day 1 of my 11 wk journey
I new to MFP! This site is already looking amazing. Any suggestions on things I can do to slim my thighs and shape my bottom? I'm a dancer and tryouts are in 11wks. My body is in great shape other than my abs, butt, and thighs. Any advice is more than welcome. I'm determined to get my body back in shape! Thanks!
