MFP accuracy for calories burned?
Has anyone else thought the totals for some of the exercises are a little sketchy? It may be completely accurate, I'm not sure, but I went for a hike yesterday, and when I plugged in my info (220lbs and 210 mins of "Hiking with <10lbs load") it told me I burned almost 2500 calories. That seem a bit weird to you?

How often should I run?
I am currently working on a schedule that has me running 3 days a week. My 2 mile time is 17 mins, and I'd like to have it as close to 13 mins as possible by December 3rd. Is 3 days a week enough or should I up it to a full week? What are the pros and cons to running everyday? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
