Hi..I am not new to MFP..but in the last year I have not been very good to myself. Under stress, not eating well and no exersicing. I decided that I was going back on the the Wii fit and to start eating properly again. Making meals for one person is difficult for me and hopefully I can find great ones on this site.
I work 12 hrs and at times it is difficult for me to prepare things the night before. I don't want to eat frozen meals as they are high in sodium. Does anyone have quick ideas for meals..Thank you
