I have been sticking to 1200 and burning around 500-600 and not eating them back. Losing weight great with this but have been very tired. Trying to convince myself to bump up, but am really have a feelings of guilt just thinking about it. Would love to hear what numbers you guys are having success with!! Thanks!!!
