Any FitBit users in here? Please friend me. What is your daily step goal? I want to 10,000 per day and so far I did it 30 days in a row! My feet hurt. Wondering how long it takes before my body adapts.
I've retired over a year ago. Back then I vowed to get healthier and lose weight. Instead I've gained a few pounds. Just 3 weeks ago, I got a FitBIt to help motivate me to walk. Hoping to connect with others for motivation. Be nice at my age to be healthier in retirement. Anyone want to be a MyFitnessPal buddy with me?
