Vegan quiche recipes?
Going to color eggs with the grands and fill up baskets today, and I have to make a vegan quiche tomorrow for an Easter brunch - any tried and true recipes you'd recommend? BTW - this is a GLORIOUS morning here in Newberg! Almost makes me want to sing "Its a beautiful day in the neighborhood" (a la Mr Rogers...)
