After years of struggling, I finally broke below 300 lbs this weekend. That weight has been for me what the sound barrier was to test pilots...every time I'd get close I'd get stuck, fall apart and give up. Blasted through that barrier and am now well on my way to 290 and below. It *can* be done folks.
