Treadmill died - try elliptical?
Treadmill just died. I've never used an elliptical but wondering about it vs a treadmill. I mostly walk and do a little running on the TM. Any thoughts?

Peanut butter and canola oil
One way to get some healthy oil in your diet and to make that peanut butter go farther is to mix 1 tsp healthy oil into 1 Tbsp of peanut butter. I like to use this as a dip for bananas and apples.

Net Calories and eating your exercise calories you earn
I'm new to MFP and confused on the calories you are given each day. I do exercise, but I don't want to eat more because I am trying to lose weight. I don't understand why the calories you earn are added back to your daily target if you are trying to lose weight.
