I saw an old pair of caprices and thought I'd see if they fit cause I needed something to wear today. Last year when I tried to wear them I couldn't even button them. Pretty sad right?? NOW LOOK! :happy: Not only do they fit! But their a little to big! Sorry for the really big tummy lol

Halfway through...
As of TODAY, I am halfway through the 30 day shred. I just finished day 15. I feel wonderful. I've lost 3 pounds and 3.5inchs off my waist. Not much, but something
This past week I started the 30 day shred. And It went so....well. I lost 2 pounds and a total of 2.3 inchs off my body. In 1 week. I was shocked! I just thought I would share that will all of you. :smile:

Summer Time blues
I want to lost 10 pounds by July and I don't know how to do it. I workout and watch what I eat but I seem to gain weight. I know some of it is muscle but other then that I have no idea. Someone please help me! I really want to reach that goal. :cry:
