Overweight..under tall..and over the hill...new to MFP
Hi! My name is Jody and I am 52 yrs old. I am on thyroid, and cholesterol meds and my BP is borderline. I have 6 beautiful daughters, 3 wonderful son-in-laws, and 3 lively, lovely grand-daughters! I am also obesely overweight...???? I have tried WW numerous times (lost and regained)...and a meal replacement program as well…
