Not loosing
Weight= 245 Height= 5’3” Menopause, hysterectomy and Hypothyroidism I have been using this app for ~3 months with 2 lbs lost! I’m exercising 4x per week for 30 minutes ( my lunch break) Eating ~ 1390 calories, per MFP What is wrong ??? I’m so discouraged

Low carbs
I see everywhere people are eating Mission low carb tortillas. I got some and there are 29 carbs in 1!!! What’s low carb about this. It’s high in fiber but MFP doesn’t calculate it like that.

Carbs or calories
Who looks at carbs or total calories? So many people seem to watch their carbs but I feel you could eat so much fat like this, what are y’all’s thoughts?

Do most of you all rely on the automated system to calculate the percentages of fat, carbs, etc...or do you do something different?
