I learned that a carbohydrate is composed of three things: sugar, starch, and fiber. MFP counts the sugar and fiber (but does not break it down to soluble and insoluble) but not the starch. Hey MFP, can we include starch to be counted as well? Thanks!

I am doing a medically-supervised weight loss program and because it is less than 1000 calories per day, my diary never shows my projections of weight loss 5 weeks into the future. Is there a way to change this? I really would like to see where I would be in the future. Thanks!
