So I have not always been big. I used to be an athlete so I am used to being fit. I see old pictures of myself and would do anything to look like that again. But I guess I have something to work toward. Does anyone else use their old body as motivation?
Hi, I just started my weight loss program about 1-2 weeks ago. When you started, did it take a few weeks for the scale to catch up with all your hard work. I have had it happen to me in the past where I worked my butt off, saw no results, gave up, then saw results a few weeks later. Does this happen to anyone else?
