Here goes... I lost a lot of weight and gained muscle about a year to 18 months ago using MFP. A lot of you gave me great support. Unfortunately, I thought I could go it alone. Now that I have gained back most of the lbs. I lost, I'm ready to try this again. Any help from new friends would be appreciated.
