living in auckland. mostly jogging/walking alone but need more motivation/support. i've been working my butt off for a month and lost 2-4 kilos but it's not really going past that. i've drastically changed my diet and am exercising more and i hope it's not some kind of thyroid thing as that would really really suck haha.…
