People that have lost 40 plus pounds
I am just curious, I started at 245 pounds and I have lost 40 Pounds, I have 55 pounds more to lose to be where I am comfortable with my weight since I am short .I walk 30 min a day and do 30 min of Cardio also. I guess my questions is do any of you have alot of loose skin? I am so scared that I will grow a new complex…

What Day is best to weekly weigh in?
Which day and time is best to do for your weekly weigh in? I want to start logging everything. I try not to get disappointed when it hasn't moved, I try to think about inches not just being scale obsessed.
