Has anyone read any good books on diet/nutrition/fasting/motivation/self help etc? I’ve been reading a lot here lately and would love a few recommendations that could help inspire some more positive habits

Do you think that tracking your steps has helped with any weight loss?
I was never big but when my blood work came back as prediabetic my doctor told me sometimes losing weight will help. So I began my journey over 8 months ago and will soon have blood work done again to see if all my work has changed my glucose level!
