the dreaded weight plateau
Ive reached it. im not gaining or losing..not even slightly, im not sure what i can do, i drink ALOT of water never go over my calories. if anyone can help it would be amazing.

I fit my towel!
had a shower today after doing another day of 30 day shred, and got out wrapped myself in the towel and OMG no gaps! it sounds small and nothing to celebrate but im so happy! there used to be at least a 5inch gap at the bottom of the towel making it highly exposing and walking round in just a towel was out of the…
