Father of 4 needing some accountability
Been on and off of MFP for years, losing weight, gaining it back, etc. I do best when I know I have people to hold me accountable for my progress, so any and all friends are welcome! We are all in this fight together!

More options needed for protein
Need some more Protein ideas. Been doing egg whites, greek yogurt, granola (high in protein kind), grilled chicken, and a protein supplement. I hate seafood besides shrimp on occasion. Any suggestions?

Just started back up - looking for support!
Hey all, just starting this back up. MFP is really the only way I stick to a diet, so I am back! Doing Shakeology as my lunch meal replacement and can have roughly 1900 calories a day. Anyone else in the same boat?
