Been doing the Quickstart program for about a month now. I'm noticing I'm getting toned but it feels as if I've plateued. I've also been taking the aloe concentrate every day and its helped my bowels tremendously and my skin is clearing up! Sm I doing something wrong? Should I up the program to Advanced?
