Owwie. Stretching terrible.
Ouch. Got into a fight at work last night. (f.y.i I'm a waitress and two guys started fighting. Guy decided I was a threat I guess) Muscles hurt terribly in the back of my legs, arms and shoulders. Fast lunch ideas
Any good, quick lunch ideas? Any would be a great help. I'm still new to the whole eating healthy thing. I am literally eating cheese and crackers right now. Light marble cheese and whole wheat ritz crackers though :)

cardio/muscle training ratio
What is the cardio/weight training ratio. Any suggestions will help. I just do not know what will cause me to gain muscle and what will just tone. I only want to tone while I lose weight. Any thoughts?
