Hi all! I have been stuck on a plateau for what seems like forever now....Not sure what else I can do to get over this hump! I just had a total scale victory! Stepped on and have lost 5 pounds since my last weigh in! I don't understand how this could be...I feel like the scale never moves!!! UNTIL TODAY! Don't give up, when it happens it feels so damn good :) Woop, woop! Happy dance!
