100k bike ride in New Hartford June 16th
Is anyone doing "The Village Bike Ride" in New Hartford on June 16th? It is a fundraiser event to support the CT Children's and Families program located in West Hartford, CT. There will be 3 bike rides 25k/50k/100k starting at 8am. If you are interested in the bike ride visit www.thevillageride.org
Trying to finally get it right!!!
Trying to shed 15 pounds the right way and while gaining muscle and staying healthy. I work out 6 times a week and my calorie intake is 2,500. At 5"9 and 190 pounds what am I doing wrong?
