ZUMBA BABY
Okay After moving into a new home I finally found my zumba dvd's. I did about 30 minutes. Feeling good, ready to keep going each and every day. Jump in and do some zumba with me, I will post when I am going to start and we can all shake and shimmy this weight off together.
