I am looking into buying a heart monitor but I'm not sure if I should get the strap or strapless kind?? Any suggestions? The reason I want one is to see how many calories I burn. Thanks!

New Workout Routine
Hi Everyone! I'm looking for a new workout routine. Latley I've been running and doing some circuit training. I've done the 30 day shred and Ripped in 30. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I hit a plateau back in February and can't seem to get out of it. This week I just started zigzag my calorie intake. Thanks!

Natural lowest happy weight
So today I was discuss with a friend how I feel like I hit a plateau so she was giving me some advice but she also told me that my body has its natural lowest happy weight. What does everything think of that? Is that true? I have 15 lbs I would like to lose but is there a chance I'll never lose it??

Gaining over weekend
Does anyone else have the problem of being really good during the week but once the weekend comes and you let yourself cheat a little you gain two pounds then spending the following week trying to loose it again.

How much should I eat?!
Hi everyone, Fitnesspal tells me to take in 1300 calories a day. If I take in that amount and exercise it tells me I burn some many calories. Since I am on a low calorie diet to begin with do I need to make sure my calorie intake stays at 1300? If I burn 100 calories is it ok if I stay at 1200? The whole calorie counting…
