Need to lose about 45 pounds - need some motivators
I am a college professor who is a bit older than a teenager but a bit younger than an octogenarian (I'm 52). I need to lose about 45 pounds for medical reasons. I walk about 2.5 miles every day and count calories but cannot seem to budge even a pound. Any ideas on how to balance the diet and exercise?
