How important are goals?
I look around and I see a lot of people have little mini weight loss goals. Does it help more to have little goals? How do you set these goals? Has anyone ever not met their goal, and what effect did that have on you? I've been following the rules more or less and I haven't seen much difference. Do you guys think having…
I am a workout warrior!!!
Today I did more exercise than I've done in months. I feel so successful! I did pilates and took a long hike with my dogs. I feel wonderful!

Hi, everyone! I have never tried something like this, so I am a little nervous. What kind of "community" is this? Does everyone talk regularly, or do you tend to post when you have a breakthrough? Well, I may be coming back for more answers later... like I said, I'm new.
