Just started working FT, how do you fit in workouts???
I'm new here, and hoping that I can get some good ideas of how to fit in workouts during my day. For the past 8 years I've been home with my boys, and now I'm back to work, and it sucks!! Workout-wise, at least :) I used to be able to take my time, do some yoga, then cardio or weights if I wanted to, never really worrying…
