Yet another C35k question
I should say C25k. I started doing the treadmil addition today. The program says to jog slow to start out. For those that have done this program successfully, How slow is slow? What MPH did you start out walking? Running? I don't want to sabotage myself. Thanks Kathy

Buddies needed to keep me honest!
Hey everyone, I am a 49 year old mom of two. I recently lost all my excess weight, but became complacent and put it back on slowly over the past two years. I am looking for buddies to help stay on track and keep me honest! :smile:
