I am progressing well still running at least 30 min a day. I run one song at 1.5 and then alternate from 3.5 to 7.5 on my intervals on low speeds 3.5-4.0
Okay ladies we have all gained about 5lbs since the holidays...Lets get back on track. We all have our "Big Events" coming lets get FINE!!!!
Good day ladies, How many lbs did you lose this week? Where you true to yourself? Find the time to for you. I have found that M-F is the best time for exercise. I try to do one day on the weekend, but if I don't, its okay. Now because I only do M-F I must exercise "for real" and for at least an hour every other day.
We have about two weeks until Christmas Break. I plan on losing at least 10lbs by then and keeping it off afterward. :tongue:

:grumble: I did really well this Thanksgiving, but I have hit an exercise slump for an early morning run, so after work it is :tongue:
