I currently take BCAA's, I cant decide if they are doing any good or not, or if they are actually causing me to gain weight. Does anyone else take them and have any opinion on BCAA's and if they are worth taking
What are the opinions on BCAA's... I cant decide whether they are good for me or not. I have had some huge muscle gains, but I dont know if they are hurting me in other areas of loosing wight around the mid section.... what opinions do others have?
