30 day squat challenge???
I'm having trouble understanding how to input my squats daily accurately. I have started off at 25 instead of the 50 and also added 25 leg lifts... No weights used on either exercise. How should I input this??

Sodium intake
I'm having a really hard time staying under my sodium goal. I am on a extremely tight budget and my sodium intake is always over everyday yet my calorie intake is very low.... Does anyone have any good ideas in what to do

Need motivation and support!!!
This is my second time trying fitness pal and I definitely could use friends who log in everyday and work towards goals together. I am 25, 5'5 and 245lbs. My dream weight would be 175. I could use all the support I can get. Feel free to add me! ;)
