Hi! I just got the Booty Slide and was wonder what to log it in under? I am logging it under low impact aerobics but wanted to see if anyone else is using it and how they are logging it! I didn't think it would be a good work out but surprisingly it is and fun too. Thanks!
I'm a wife and mommy of a 1yr old son. I work full time and trying to keep motivated to loose some baby weight plus some :) I go to zumba class twice a week and starting today with mfp!!!!
